- dedicated to Twilight.
A girl with an unfamiliar face with a name of Beauty,
Took notice of a strange but exquisite form.
As soon as she saw him, she knew he was
The one she wouldn’t stay away from.
He looked at her with aggressive features,
Which somehow froze her mind but melted her heart,
Little did she know he would turn out to be:
A creature in disguise.
His eyes were cold, his breath was cool,
He would pierce her with his stares.
Drawn to him, she wanted nothing and all from him.
Love and a stranger, it was darker than night.
Day by day, they came closer to each other
By exchanging many words,
His thoughts weren’t able to meet with her’s,
A sign he knew led to danger.
Her words she spoke in her sleep gave the truth away.
She spoke of the names in her life she missed.
Slowly, leading to the one name she unreasonably loved.
As he watched her, he finally knew just what she felt.
Welcome to the lyrical world of me, a world with continous flow of words on paper.

Memories
You were the first on the list to get everything I had to give.
Blame it on the light I saw behind those eyes,
I wanted to write you a song from then, the spilling of my written words had begun.
Once in a while, I dance behind closed doors
To the many beats that bring your face back into my memory
It’s not the real thing, sometimes that’s got to be enough.
Dancing to the beats and my memories,
Dancing to the beats and my memories,
Dancing to the beats and my memories.
I believed in you, I would have tried for everything you did to touch the sky.
I wanted your wishes to come true alongside mine,
That’s when it was too late to stay or to miss you.
Once in a while, I dance behind closed doors
To the many beats that bring your face back into my memory
It’s not the real thing, sometimes that’s got to be enough.
Dancing to the beats and my memories,
Dancing to the beats and my memories,
Dancing to the beats and my memories.
Blame it on the light I saw behind those eyes,
I wanted to write you a song from then, the spilling of my written words had begun.
Once in a while, I dance behind closed doors
To the many beats that bring your face back into my memory

Dancing to the beats and my memories,
Dancing to the beats and my memories,
Dancing to the beats and my memories.

Dancing to the beats and my memories,
Dancing to the beats and my memories,
Dancing to the beats and my memories.
Another Time
My next path is close, I find myself impatiently waiting
A new life of imagining, dreaming and being
In a land with new voices, sights and songs.
My past bundle of years have been nomadic,
The smile when you first meet a real person, closes the door to all the goodbyes,
Hellos and goodbyes work side by side, most of the time.
Ready to breathe it all in, sip on new tastes,
To feel and see all the beautiful things somewhere else
Of a world overflowing with sensations.
Greet me, Read me, Move me,
The unforeseen pleases me as I wonder about the unexpected taking,
Just give me some time to finally get there.
A new life of imagining, dreaming and being
In a land with new voices, sights and songs.
My past bundle of years have been nomadic,
The smile when you first meet a real person, closes the door to all the goodbyes,

Just give me some time to finally get there.
Intangible
There are things one can touch
Those are the things that can be seen
There are things that can be heard
But some things are invisible, impossible to throw away.
Tangibility, can be burnt, emptied, discarded
Flushed down to remove all evidence
As easy as that, pick up and throw
My dear, those are things that can be priced.
There is no price to an expression,
Each smile, frown, laugh and snicker
Remembering the clear moments of my favourite ones,
A limit on value cannot be placed.
A space in someone’s heart,
To dream of a better world,
Words of confessional truth,
All intangible, just like me and you.
Those are the things that can be seen
There are things that can be heard
But some things are invisible, impossible to throw away.
Tangibility, can be burnt, emptied, discarded
Flushed down to remove all evidence
As easy as that, pick up and throw
My dear, those are things that can be priced.
There is no price to an expression,
Each smile, frown, laugh and snicker
Remembering the clear moments of my favourite ones,
A limit on value cannot be placed.
A space in someone’s heart,
To dream of a better world,
Words of confessional truth,
All intangible, just like me and you.
Alanis’ example
‘we’re never going to survive, unless we get a little crazy.’
After that bus ride, each one after that reminds me.
Reminds me, over and over
Even you would have been surprised at my journey.
Ran home, showered, unbrushed hair dripping,
packed up, taxi ride, too late to buy bus tickets,
Thank you Mr. Bus driver for accepting my plea and cash.
Comb in one hand, mouse in another,
But really you saw me in all shapes,
So what did it matter,
I had removed my shield you see.
After that bus ride, each one after that reminds me.
Reminds me, over and over
Even you would have been surprised at my journey.
Ran home, showered, unbrushed hair dripping,
packed up, taxi ride, too late to buy bus tickets,
Thank you Mr. Bus driver for accepting my plea and cash.
Comb in one hand, mouse in another,
But really you saw me in all shapes,
So what did it matter,
I had removed my shield you see.
Q x 10
Come drink wine with her again,
Please give her a reason,
She cared, no, she fucking cared,
It just seems that nothing was ever good enough.
Yes, this girl was idiotic, she feels exposed
But the damage has been done, it’s too late to take it all back
Do you know she had so much to share?
But all she could do was write another silly poem.
Everything is burning, she’s never felt everything go so warm
She can’t even see clearly anymore
It’s time for bed, to bed she goes, but can she sleep?
It wasn’t over and continues to not be over
Don’t you miss the drives to and from me?
I tried to count the amount of times,
Try to count them, I bet you can’t.
Please give her a reason,
She cared, no, she fucking cared,
It just seems that nothing was ever good enough.
Yes, this girl was idiotic, she feels exposed
But the damage has been done, it’s too late to take it all back
